With the two agency's together as one unit, they are able to serve our community more effectively.

The team is made up of uniformed officers from both agencies that have more training than the average patrol officer.

The S.R.T has worked closely with Fairfield-Hocking Major Crimes Unit and has previously worked with Hocking County Probation, the US Marshals and the surrounding county agencies in our area.

Members of the S.R.T. handle raids on suspected drug dealers, assist in missing persons searches, hostage situations and barricaded suspects.
